Schedule Information This foundational (200–hour) program is ideal for serious students of yoga and aspiring teachers. It is recognized by Yoga Alliance and comprises three areas of study: The Theory and Practice of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and The Art of Teaching. April 2-June 20 with Nikki Affleck and Thomas Taubman Friday & Monday: 7:30pm-9:30pm Saturday: 12:30pm-6:00pm Sunday: 12:30pm-5:00pm at our Costa Mesa Studio Unlimited yoga is included in the price of tuition, and can be activated as early as the early registration date, once you pay in full.
Information Session Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 12:30pm – 2:30pm at our Costa Mesa Studio. The afternoon will include a mini-class in the YogaWorks Method, and an info-session/ Q & A. Space is limited, so please RSVP to attend.
