Get ready to spend a week in paradise with BYB Instructors Emily and Ashley at the world renowned Blue Spirit Resort in Costa Rica. Perched in the jungles of Costa Rica on a hilltop that overlooks the Majestic Pacific Ocean, and a three-mile long pristine white sand beach, Blue Spirit offers an extraordinarily beautiful natural setting. Blue Spirit is located in one of the world’s blue zones (where a large percentage of the population lives longer than average) which inspired the name Blue Spirit. While visiting Blue Spirit, you will feel the resonance of a vibrant, inspiring, and restorative energy, because of the rich subtropical environment. This retreat will be a deeply nurturing, profoundly healing, and an unforgettable experience.
Located in one of the world’s longevity hotspots, we chose Blue Spirit for the diversity of its landscapes- gorgeous sprawling beaches, and breathtaking tropical jungles. This location also boasts five different yoga spaces as well as an array of different accommodations. Your stay at Blue Spirit yoga and meditation retreat center includes three delicious consciously prepared gourmet meals a day.
This retreat is an all inclusive seven-night stay, including three meals a day, and twice daily yoga/barre with Emily and Ashley.

*A $550 non-refundable deposit will hold your room. At the time of payment of $550 down, you will have to pick which room you would like. If you have someone in mind who will be your roommate (if applicable) please let us know.
** Early Bird Special- if $550 is deposited by 7/15, you receive a $200 discount off the total cost!
Please note: The $550 deposit only holds your spot until the half payment due date. If you do not pay half of the full payment by January 24th, your room will be re-released and no longer will be reserved for you. The $550 deposit is NON-refundable, however will be applied to the total cost if full payment is made.
*You must pick your room based on what rooms are available at the time of putting down your $550 (non-refundable) deposit. First come, first serve.
*Half of payment is due by January 24th, 2025. Payment in full is due by April 1st 2025.
