90 Silent Hatha Benefit Class with Jill Tiedeman

 

This is the original hot series consisting of 26 poses and two breathing exercises with modifications as needed.

Gain more flexibility and strength by generating heat from the inside out through movement and stretching.

Release tension and stress from your mind and body through yoga poses by distracting your mind for 90 minutes.

All Donations will go towards local organizations addressing food scarcity.

 Bring your mat, towel, and water bottle!
