Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with Emily Fish

IT IS A SANCTUARY OF SOUND.
Yin yoga is a practice that allows you to open deep tissue in your body (fascia), and in turn produces an incredible sense of openness and release for your body and mind. Emily plays her phenomenal instruments, and an array of sound bowls. The sound vibrations omitted by these bowls will permeate your tissues, and encourage your body to harmonize with the balanced vibrations of each key.  Sound healing is a beautiful meditation alternative, drawing on the physical vibrations of sound to help you connect more deeply with your own body.

If you have never experienced a restorative class, mantra meditation, or sound bath, you are in for a life-changing experience!

In our experiences, the sound bowls and restorative practices are both magnificently healing on their own, but together work to restore deep balance within. You will let go of old wounds- set yourself free; cry, laugh, and go deep into meditative states. You will learn to soften, deepen into your restorative practice and find your own healing. You won't want to miss the magic of this workshop. We will continue to offer love and healing in our yoga teachings and hold a safe space for our students at BYB.
